Thank you for supporting original artwork by Elizabeth Atlas. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and handled.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking information.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or postal service issues.
We are only shipping domestically (US) and are not currently shipping internationally.
Domestic Shipping:
Free domestic shipping (US) on any order.
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Insurance:
Original artwork is shipped with insurance for its full value whenever possible.
Prints and lower-value items may not include insurance unless explicitly stated.
Risk of Loss:
Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
However, we will assist in filing claims for lost or damaged insured items.
Returns:
Due to the nature of the original artwork, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or issue refunds if the artwork arrives damaged or defective. If this occurs, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch with us here. Approved refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide:
Photos of the packaging
Photos of the damaged artwork
Retain all original packaging
For insured items:
A claim will be filed with the carrier
Replacement, repair, or refund will be handled based on the outcome of the claim
For uninsured items:
Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis
Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Delivery Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control
