Artwork Ownership & Copyright

When you purchase a piece of artwork, you are purchasing only the physical item. You may display purchased artwork in your home or business, but copying, reproducing, reselling, or distributing it in any form requires the artist’s written permission. Elizabeth Atlas retains the exclusive right to create reproductions of all artwork.

The images, artwork, and content on this website may not be copied, collected, or used for personal or professional gain without the prior written permission of Elizabeth Atlas. Unauthorized use or reproduction may result in legal action.

Product Descriptions
